Job Description

Are you a compassionate Nurse Practitioner with a passion for health and wellness Our client a leading provider of telehealth services is looking for an experienced Telehealth Nurse Practitioner to join their team. This position focuses on prescribing Semaglutide with the potential to expand services to include medications for ED and other wellnessrelated needs all under the guidance of an expert Medical Director.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct telehealth consultations with patients seeking treatment for weight management and health optimization.
  
• Assess diagnose and prescribe Semaglutide and potentially medications for other wellness treatments.
  
• Work under the supervision of the Medical Director to ensure topquality care and adherence to medical guidelines.
  
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed to achieve optimal health outcomes.
  
• Document all patient interactions and maintain uptodate medical records.
  

Qualifications:

• Active Nurse Practitioner license with prescriptive authority in applicable state(s).
  
• Experience in telehealth particularly in weight management endocrinology or wellnessfocused care.
  
• Familiarity with Semaglutide prescribing and management (training available).
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide compassionate clear virtual care.
  
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with a multidisciplinary team.
