As a Security Officer – Hospital Lobby Patrol in Clairton, PA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and supporting a secure environment for patients, visitors, and staff. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies within the healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or security-related incidents.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, staff, and emergency personnel as needed.
• Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and/or hazards according to Allied Universal and site-specific guidelines.
• Assist with emergency response activities as directed, supporting the healthcare location's protocols and Allied Universal procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Vaccination is required for work at this hospital site.
• Work in the hospital morgue may be required.
• The ability to restrain individuals may be required at this hospital site.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
