Sales Recruiter Responsibilities:

· Make 75-100 daily outbound Cold Calls to qualified candidates who match the job requirements.

· Utilize multiple recruitment tools to their full extent including Phone, Text, Email, Video, Referrals, and Social media to generate new business.

· Thoroughly screen and present interested candidates to the assigned Account Executive.

· Build lasting relationships with clients and industry partners.

· Demonstrate excellent customer service, communication critical thinking skills.

· Utilize a production-driven mindset to meet and exceed KPI goals and objectives weekly.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree preferred. It doesn’t matter what you received your degree in as long as you have the ability and are willing to learn.

· High level of Energy, Passion, Drive, Intuitiveness, Competitive Spirit, Ambition to succeed, and Self-motivation.

· Ability to exceed weekly and monthly sales expectations. Your past achievements personally and professionally must demonstrate a self-driven and success-oriented mentality.

· Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance.

· Must be able to effectively communicate over the phone and/or on video calls.

· Reside in the Tampa Bay area and willing and able to work 8am-5pm out of our Tampa based office.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive base salary with an aggressive and unlimited commission plan; medical, dental and vision insurance, paid time off, and 401K is available to every team member. Earning potential is uncapped and first year targeted potential for top performers is between $65,000-$85,000 while third year targeted income is between $100,00-$135,000.
