Showing Agent Qualifications Field agent/showing agent with active real estate license and driver’s license to show condos and single family homes in Miami Beach, North Dade (Bal Harbour, Sunny Isles, Gold Beach) area, South Broward (south Fort Lauderdale), and Southwest Ranches/Davie areas. Must work full time and weekends, assist in showing high‑end properties, open houses, broker opens, attend inspections, and participate in photography/video of property. When not showing, must work closely with admin assistant to assist broker in business development. Qualifications Brokerage affiliation: License must be with Coldwell Banker. Professional Skills and Attributes Sales and communication skills : Effectively communicate with clients, build strong first impressions, and answer their questions about properties. Technology proficiency : Comfortable using or quickly learning real estate‑specific technology, such as CRM software, electronic lockboxes, and other lead/marketing tools. Local market knowledge : Strong understanding of the local real estate market to discuss market trends and property details with buyers. Professionalism : Punctual, reliable, and professional in attitude and appearance. Logistical Requirements Valid driver’s license and ability to travel : Driving to various properties to show them to clients across a wide geographic area. Flexibility : Prepared to show homes on short notice, as client needs can change quickly.
