Interventional Radiologist – Lakeland, FL

Join a collaborative, high-volume radiology group in Central Florida at a brand new facility (July '26) as a full-time, fellowship-trained Interventional Radiologist. This position offers a procedural-focused schedule, exceptional earning potential, and a supportive environment with robust system resources.

Position Highlights

• Base salary : $524,999 - 525,000 
• Annual quality metrics bonus: $25K
• Generous starting bonus : $100K
• Additional earning potential through radiology peer review cases
• Schedule: 7 on / 7 off (days only)
• Primary focus: can be 100% IR or IR with light diagnostic reading as case volume allows.
• Full-time days (approx. 182 shifts/year)
• Advanced systems: Epic EMR and Philips PACS

• Employer qualifies under the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program

Position Overview

• Perform a full spectrum of community hospital interventional procedures, including vascular access, drainages, biopsies, biliary interventions, and nephrostomies
• Opportunities to perform advanced procedures depending on skill and interest
• Provide vascular imaging interpretations (CTA, MRA, vascular ultrasound)
• Collaborate within a shared case model, allowing subspecialty hand-offs for complex cases
• Supported by 24/7 IT and staff resources, eliminating the need for radiologists to handle follow-up calls or troubleshoot equipment issues independently

Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology
• Fellowship training in Interventional Radiology
• Strong procedural and diagnostic acumen
• Team-oriented with a commitment to high-quality care
