Job Description : We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Radiology Manager to oversee our radiology department. The Radiology Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the department ,maintaining high-quality patient care standards, and managing a team of radiology technologists and support staff. Hours are 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Oversee the day-to day operations of the Radiology Department, including scheduling, staffing, and workflow management.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, safety standards, and quality assurance protocols.
  • Manage and optimize radiology equipment and resources to ensure maximum efficiency and uptime.
  • Develop an implement policies and procedures to enhance departmental efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to radiology technologists and support staff.
  • Collaborate with physicians, radiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure timely and accurate diagnostic imaging services.
  • Monitor departmental performance metrics and implement strategies to improve productivity, quality, and patient satisfaction.
  • Participate in budget planning and management for the radiology department.
  • Stay informed about advancements in radiology technology and best practices, and implement relevant changes to improve departmental operations.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Radiologic Technology, Healthcare Administration, or related field(Master's Degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Radiology, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and quality assurance standards.
  • Proficiency in communication systems(PACS).
