The Applied Companies is hiring for a Parts Specialist for a valued client in Sparks who has a thriving rental business. In this position you will enjoy working directly with walk-in customers, handling phone calls, and maintaining customer invoices. What the Parts Specialist will do:

• Answer phones and assist walk-in customers with parts and rental equipment
• Customer service skills in person and over phone
• Provide parts based on needs – research parts using the Catalogue and other part look up systems
• Enter and maintain customer invoices
• Parts, receiving, shipping, and QC handling inbound and outbound orders
• Data entry
• Stocking shelves – distribute parts for a repair job
• Maintain parts inventory
• Lifting up to 75lbs. standing all day

What the Parts Specialist needs to have:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Computer skills and ability to learn new systems
• Communication skills with a desire to provide excellent service in-person and over the phone
• 1-2 years previous experience with shipping, receiving, and qc preferred

Monday-Friday

8am-5pm
