walks through our doors. As we grow, we are seeking passionate beauty professionals to join our
team and bring their unique talent to our space.
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Nail Technician with professional experience to join Beautiful Potential.
The ideal candidate is reliable, creative, and passionate about delivering high-quality nail care
services while building lasting relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
➢ Provide professional nail services, including manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements,
and nail art
➢ Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards according to state regulations and salon
policies
➢ Recommend products and services to enhance client experience
➢ Manage client appointments and ensure exceptional customer service
➢ Contribute to a positive, team-oriented, and welcoming environment
Qualifications
➢ Valid Illinois Nail Technician License
➢ Some prior experience in a salon or spa setting is preferred
➢ Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
➢ Ability to stay current on nail trends, techniques, and health/safety standards
➢ Self-motivated with a passion for the beauty industry
