We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our healthcare clients technology team in Philadelphia, PA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of facilitating effective Scrum practices across cross-functional teams. You will play a key role in supporting product delivery, removing impediments, and enabling a culture of continuous improvement.
