Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Technology Architect with 18 to 22 years of experience specializing in Mulesoft. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in NextGen IT Strategy Digital Enablement and Delivery. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of technology architecture to drive digital transformation and innovation within our organization.

Location: Bridgewater NJ/Plano, Tx/ El segundo CA

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of Mulesoft solutions to meet business requirements and drive digital transformation.
• Oversee the integration of various systems and applications using Mulesoft to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams to ensure best practices and high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain architectural standards and guidelines to ensure consistency and scalability across projects.
• Conduct regular reviews of existing systems and architectures to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Ensure that all Mulesoft integrations are secure reliable and performant.
• Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Mulesoft and related technologies to continuously improve our solutions.
• Drive the adoption of NextGen IT Strategy to enhance our digital capabilities and competitive edge.
• Facilitate digital enablement initiatives to streamline processes and improve efficiency across the organization.
• Support the delivery of digital projects by providing technical expertise and ensuring alignment with overall IT strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of digital solutions.

Qualifications

• Possess extensive experience in Mulesoft with a proven track record of successful implementations.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of NextGen IT Strategy and its application in driving digital transformation.
• Exhibit expertise in Digital Enablement and Delivery with a focus on improving business processes and outcomes.
• Hold a relevant certification in Mulesoft such as Mulesoft Certified Integration Architect or Mulesoft Certified Developer.
• Show excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
• Have strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry trends.

Benefits:

The annual salary for this position is between $120,000 – $180,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
