Job Description Job Description Job Title: Food Production Worker $18.50-$20.50 an hour - 5pm-5am or 5am-5pm Job Summary: The Food Production Worker is responsible for assisting in the preparation, processing, packaging, and handling of food products in a safe, clean, and efficient manner while following company standards and food safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and process food products according to company recipes and procedures Operate food production equipment and machinery safely Package, label, and inspect finished products for quality Maintain cleanliness of work areas, tools, and equipment Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines (HACCP, GMP) Monitor product quality and report any issues to supervisors Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times Meet production targets and work efficiently as part of a team Requirements: Previous food production or manufacturing experience preferred but not required Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks Willingness to work shifts, weekends, or overtime as needed Physical Requirements: Standing for extended periods Lifting up to 50 lbs (if applicable) Working in cold, hot, or wet environments (depending on facility) Work Environment: Food manufacturing or processing facility Exposure to production equipment, noise, and temperature variations6b250ea6-cee3-481d-915c-f7283f1b2f1b
