Responsibilities:

As a Finance Manager, you will be at the heart of our operations, leading the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) of our manufacturing processes and driving change through the Enterprise. Your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Overseeing the financial planning and analysis function, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reports.
2. Developing and maintaining long-term financial forecasts and conducting detailed financial analysis to influence strategic decision-making.
3. Leading the budgeting process, including setting targets, updating forecasts, and monitoring performance against these targets.
4. Identifying cost-saving opportunities and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency.
5. Collaborating with other department heads to align financial plans with business objectives.
6. Providing financial insights and recommendations to senior management, contributing to the overall business strategy.
7. Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
8. Managing and mentoring a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications:

1. A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. An MBA or relevant professional certification (such as CFA or CPA) will be an added advantage.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance role within the manufacturing industry, with a focus on financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
3. Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
4. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and cost accounting.
5. Exceptional leadership abilities, with experience in managing and developing a team.
6. Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
7. Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
8. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
9. High level of integrity and dependability, with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
