About you:

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine with an active Florida veterinary license (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Leadership skills (1-3 years coaching associate doctors)
• A collaborative mindset
• Ability to act as a role model to other veterinarians in providing exceptional care
• Demonstrate integrity and ethics in all actions and behaviours
