JOB SUMMARY
This position will support the Funding Department by working both individually and as part of a team in order to facilitate the auto loan closing process. The individual in this position will possess extensive knowledge of the processing steps needed to get auto loans closed on time and accurately while upholding Tresl’s mission, vision, and values. The E-Notary is specifically responsible for completing online signing sessions with customers. This role is responsible for accurately and efficiently obtaining the signature and notarization of necessary documents for the lenders and DMV. Already a notary is a benefit, but not required. We will get your notary license upon hire.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include achieving positive results in the following key areas:
QUALIFICATIONS
Education or Formal Training: High school diploma or GED.
Experience: Preferred 1-2 years of document gathering, loan processing or related administrative experience.
Working hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm or 9am - 6pm and rotating Saturday's twice a month from 9 am - 1 pm.

The E-Notary position pays $17 per hour. Additionally, t he E-Notary may earn up to $100 a week bonus based on performance and is paid out on the first check for the following month.
