From start to finish, supervise and direct creative projects keeping projects on schedule in terms of time, money, and quality.

Work with the teams in development, writing, and design to set project goals, objectives, and a calendar.

Working with clients and internal stakeholders helps you to understand their needs, goals, and creative vision so that all outputs either satisfy or beyond expectations.

Plans and frequent check-ins, status meetings, and kick-offs can help you to have open and honest communication all through a project.

Keep project plans; mark significant anniversaries and follow up to ensure everyone is in agreement.

Oversaw several initiatives at once, managing priorities and making required plan changes.

Anticipating potential challenges and aggressively addressing them will help projects stay moving forward.

Record all project activityincluding schedules, expenses, and minutes from meetingsexactly.

Verify that every creative resource has accurate formats and requirements.

By building a friendly and cooperative work environment, inspire creative thinking and constructive criticism.

Needed Skills:

an undergraduate degree in a pertinent field, such project management, marketing, communication, etc., or its equivalent

Three plus years of project management experience in an artistic environmenta studio, advertising agency, or creative organization.

One needs expertise with project management tools including Monday.com, Asana, or Trello.

Competent at controlling customer expectations, organizing cross-functional teams, and juggling several projects simultaneously.

Strong verbal and interpersonal abilities; ability to work effectively with creatives and corporate partners.

Excellent planning skills backed by a great focus on detail.

ability to shine in a hectic, deadline environment.

flexible and creative issue solver emphasizing solution search.

strong in production techniques and processes as well as in knowledge of creative teams.

Desired Skills:

Certificates in project managementlike PMP or Scrum Masterare valuable.

Having knowledge of creative tools like Adobe Creative Suite would help you.

One would benefit from background in digital marketing, branding, or creating multimedia content.
