About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join their Executive Leadership Team. The CMO will be responsible for the strategic oversight and success of various departments, including marketing, digital and social, brand and content, and game presentation and events. This role involves the development, implementation, and fulfillment of all marketing campaigns to ensure alignment with the organization's overall vision and strategy. The CMO will lead the team in driving revenue growth, enhancing brand visibility, and creating a successful organizational culture. Success will be measured by achieving ticket sales revenue goals, strengthening brand equity, and optimizing resources. Candidates for the CMO position at the company should have a BA/BS degree in marketing, communication, or business, with an advanced degree preferred, and at least 12 years of related work experience. A strong background in marketing strategy, digital and social media, brand and content strategy, and game presentation and events strategy is essential. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in managing and collaborating with cross-functional teams, as well as the ability to build and lead a high-performing team. Financial responsibility, business planning, and experience in the sport and entertainment industry are also key qualifications. The CMO will be expected to be a thought leader, serve as a spokesperson, and represent the organization at various industry events.
