Are you organized, detail-oriented, and love being the go-to person who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes? We're looking for a Delivery Support Associate to join our team and play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our staffing branch!
You’ll be the hub between our recruiters, sales team, field associates, and back-office departments — ensuring onboarding, payroll, and operational processes are accurate, timely, and stress-free.
What You'll Be Doing:
• Handle inbound calls and direct them to the right team members
• Own the onboarding process — from offer letters to I-9s and E-Verify — ensuring a welcoming, compliant start for every new hire
• Process background checks and drug screenings
• Manage weekly payroll , timecard entry, per diem, and expenses for timely payouts
• Partner with recruiters and operational leaders to keep job boards and VMS systems updated
• Support training coordination and certification tracking during onboarding
• Be the first point of contact for any onboarding, payroll, or billing issues
• Assist with front office tasks and lend a hand wherever needed to keep things moving
What You Bring to the Table:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in HR, onboarding, payroll, or customer service is a big plus!
• Bilingual in English & Spanish (both written and verbal) — a must for communicating with a diverse workforce
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Clear, professional communicator — written and spoken
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Tech-savvy: Microsoft Office, applicant tracking systems (Bullhorn preferred)
• A team-first mindset and a desire to make a real impact
