Join our Team We are looking for individuals that strive for excellence and are highly motivated team players. The Banquet Server will provide exceptional knowledge of food & beverage menu items as well as information regarding preparation methods.
What you will do - To demonstrate through knowledge and ability, the execution of the service steps (i.e. greeting the guest(s), taking their order, serving of food, wine etc. during operating hours).
- To offer service all guests in a manner which exceeds expectations.
- To understand methods of preparation and presentation of all foods served.
- To have a solid knowledge of the wine and beverages served at the banquet events.
- To be vigilantly attentive to service details and product quality.
- To collect food from the kitchen when required.
- To assist in other Food and Beverage areas when requested to do so, as business volumes require.
What you bring - Sk ills and Abilities : Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language. Ability to carry and balance a tray.
- Education: High school education or equivalent experience
- Experience: At least 6 months experience within the same or similar position with Four Seasons or other organization. Hotel or restaurant experience preferred.
