QUALIFICATIONS:
+ College degree preferred
+ Minimum of three years recreation or social event planning experience preferred
+ 5 years of licensed driving experience
+ Compassionate, patient and good communication skills
+ Direct Care Staff Training and Competency Test for Personal Care Homes (PCH) and Assisted Living Residences (ALR) required for Pennsylvania communities
+ Be vaccinated for the flu (during flu season)
