Position Overview:
The Welder/Fitter will be responsible for welding and assembling metal components using various welding processes. The ideal candidate is experienced in MIG, TIG, dual shield, and flux core welding, and can read and interpret blueprints to fabricate parts accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Weld metal components using MIG, TIG, dual shield, and flux core processes
• Fit, assemble, and fabricate metal structures according to specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical plans
• Inspect and measure parts to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

Qualifications:

• Proven welding experience with MIG, TIG, dual shield, and flux core
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or in a team
