GENERAL INFO:

Hours: 2nd shift -Monday through Thursday 4:00p-2:30a *** MUST BE ABLE TO TRAIN ON 1st SHIFT (Monday through Thursday 5:30a-4:00p)

(overtime on Fridays as need for both shifts)

Length:  temp-to-hire

Pay: $23.00 per hour

Location:  Manitowoc

JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a skilled fabricator/welder to join our client's team on a trial to HIRE basis! Fabrication and welding will be your primary focus, with opportunities to expand into robotic welding if you're interested.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Fabricate and Weld: Read blueprints and welding diagrams to fabricate metal parts to specification using MIG and other welding techniques.
• Quality Control: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet high-quality standards.
• Safety First: Follow all safety procedures and regulations.
• Collaborate: Work with team members to achieve project goals.
• Optional: Operate and maintain robotic welding systems.

• Experience with MIG Welding (Steel) and a willingness to learn robotic welding techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a valuable team player.
• Safety-conscious and familiar with welding safety procedures.
