Job Description
Are you a detail-oriented warehouse professional looking for a stable, weekday schedule? We are looking for a Shipper to join our tight-knit team of eight in Salt Lake City. Unlike high-volume fulfillment centers that rely on scanners, we focus on quality and accuracy. You will be part of a small, collaborative team where your contribution truly matters.
Responsibilities:
- Order Fulfillment: Pulling, packing, and processing outbound orders.
- Documentation: Creating shipment labels, Bills of Lading (BOL), and customs documentation for international shipments.
- Inventory Management: Performing cycle counts, executing inventory transfers, and resolving discrepancies.
- Logistics Coordination: Scheduling carrier pick-ups and ensuring all items are packaged securely for transit.
- Cross-Training: Collaborating with our receivers and material handlers to ensure the warehouse runs smoothly.
Working hours: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Skills:
- ERP/MRP Familiarity: Previous experience using software systems (such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics) to log inventory movements or process shipments
- Experience in the logistics industry
- A desire to be cross-trained in Receiving and Material Handling to support the broader warehouse team during peak times

- Technology: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience (or a strong willingness to learn) ERP/MRP systems to complete transactions
- Team Players: You will work in a small team and must be willing to jump in where needed
- Detail Orientation: Since we do not use handheld scanners, a high level of manual accuracy and attention to detail is required
