Warehouse Associate/Forklift Operator is responsible for organizing and controlling all warehouse, re-pack operations, loading and unloading all inbound and outbound operations and maintenance of warehouse as required by company’s GMPs & Food Safety SOPs. APPLICANTS MUST HAVE FOOD DISTRIBUTION EXPERIENCE.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Assist with the receiving, warehousing, and dispatching of product orders, reviewing of quality, quantity and reporting any differences to warehouse manager and / or office personnel.
• Staging and/ or filling orders. Dispatching Orders by providing required documentation and permits to drivers.
• Assist in inventory control with physical counts as needed by office personnel when reconciling with ERP by office personnel.
• Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by following security procedures and protocols, such as the company's GMPs & FOOD SAFETY SOPs.
• Ensures proper storage and rotation of all products and supplies
• Assist in the cleaning and maintenance of the physical condition of warehouse, coolers and warehouse bathroom, & Truck loading area.
• All other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Experience managing a perishable food warehouse.
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office). QuickBooks a plus
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
• Flexible schedule + 2 years warehouse experience.
• Good people and interpersonal skills.
• Fork Lift and Electric Pallet Jack certification.
• Bilingual (English /Spanish)
