We're looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to join our production line team in a cold environment . This position involves handling and processing flowers in a refrigerated area while maintaining production speed and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Work on the production line sorting, packing, and preparing floral products.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow safety and quality guidelines at all times.
Perform other general labor duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Ability to work in cold temperatures (around 30°ree;F).
Must be available for weekends and 12-hour shifts as needed.
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
