Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Virtual Reservation Agent to join our remote team. In this role, you will assist clients with booking travel arrangements including accommodations, cruises, and vacation packages. Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with booking hotel stays, resorts, cruises, and other travel services
• Respond to travel inquiries via email, phone, or chat in a professional and timely manner
• Gather client preferences to offer customized travel options
• Accurately input reservation details and maintain up-to-date client records
• Manage booking changes, updates, and special requests with attention to detail
• Stay informed on current travel trends, promotions, and destination guidelines
• Provide outstanding service throughout the planning and post-booking process

Qualifications

• Prior experience in travel, hospitality, or customer service is preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable using online platforms and booking tools
• Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize effectively
• Self-motivated and reliable with a positive attitude
• Must be 18 years or older with access to a personal computer and reliable internet connection
• Passion for travel and delivering exceptional client experiences
