Job Description
The VIP Sales Executive is responsible for direct sales of the Company’s sampler package (Vacation Introductory Program) through a structured sales presentation which includes an exit survey conducted on all applicable tours that did not purchase the vacation ownership program during their scheduled tour.

\n \n Schedule Details: \nOur Sales Department operates 7 days per week - VIP Sales Executives generally start from 8:30am-8:45am. Paid training is provided. 5 day work week will be assigned following completion of training based on business needs.
\n \nWhat will I be doing?
\nFollow through on all Vacation Introductory Programs (VIP) by phone to reduce the cancellation rate.
\nStamp all planners when you turn the tables.
\nAccountable for meeting acceptable tour-to-sale ratio (VPG).
\nComplete Vacation Program agreements in accordance with rules.
\nMake the required presentation to every guest that is turned to you.
\nIdentity and resolve quality assurance issues.
\nQualifications

What are we looking for?
\nMinimum of 1 years of sales and/or relevant customer service experience.
\nConsistent record of adapting to changes in a fast-paced environment.
\nAbility to resolve complex customer service issues.
\nAbility to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
\nComputer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.
\n\n
It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
\nPrevious experience in a branded vacation ownership.
\nValid Hawaii Real Estate License.
