About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President for Business Valuations to join their dynamic and rapidly expanding team. The successful candidate will be a seasoned and strategic professional with a strong background in business valuation, M&A, transaction advisory, investment banking, or financial consulting. Key responsibilities for this role include serving as the project lead on valuation engagements, developing and implementing robust valuation strategies, and leading a team of valuation professionals. The role also involves risk management, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring that the team's work is in line with organizational goals and industry best practices. Applicants for the Vice President, Business Valuation position at the company should have 5-10 years' of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business management (Master's degree preferred). The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in team leadership, superior communication skills, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. The ideal candidate will also have desired certifications such as CPA, CVA/AVA, or AM&AA.
