Key Responsibilities:

"Contribute to and support the visual and interactive user experience for products central to future development efforts.

"Advocate UI/UX design standards, guidelines, and strategies to create cohesive experiences.

"Support the UI/UX department strategy and integration of the user experience team within UPS.

"Produce documentation for project-related activities, research and analysis outcomes, and test results.

"Mentor and guide junior team members with project-related activities and tasks.

Qualifications:

"Bachelors in Human Computer Interaction or Computer Science or equivalent

"5+ years of experience

"Experience with Figma required

"Experience conducted User Research and analyzing the data

"Communication and analytical skills very critical
