Analyste/Designer UX senior

Description de l'emploi:

Contexte : besoin d’un analyste fonctionnel spécialisé en Expérience utilisateur (UX Designer) pour faire l’évolution de la plateforme ServiceNow.

Livrables à faire :

• Réaliser des prototypes interactifs
• Construire l'architecture d'informations de la plateforme
• Planifier et coordonner les tests utilisateurs
• Collecter et analyser les données qualitatives et quantitatives des tests utilisateurs

Exigences et requis :

• Détenir un diplôme universitaire de premier cycle (BAC) dans le domaine du design, des technologies de l'information ou dans un domaine équivalent.
• Posséder un minimum de 8 ans d’expérience pertinente en technologie de l’information et plus particulièrement dans le domaine de l’expérience utilisateur
• Avoir agit en tant que coach auprès de ressources juniors afin de les monter en compétence en UX
• Avoir une bonne connaissance des méthodes de recherche d'expérience utilisateur telles que la conception créative ("Design Thinking"), l'analyse de persona, etc.
• Avoir des connaissances en accessibilité numérique
• Avoir une bonne connaissance dans le design d’interfaces utilisateurs notamment, en matière de conception de parcours de persona, de maquettes, etc.
• (ATOUT) Avoir une connaissance de la méthodologie Agile Scrum et dans la livraison de projets en mode agile.

Démontrer la maîtrise des compétences comportementales suivantes :

• Autonomie
• Avoir de la langue française une connaissance appropriée à la fonction.

Le candidat doit posséder les qualifications suivantes pour être retenu pour un processus interne :

Tâches principales :

• Réaliser des prototypes interactifs

• Coacher une ressource junior pour la monter en compétence

Requis :

• Minimum de 10 années d'expérience dans le domaine de l'expérience utilisateur
• Avoir de l'expérience avec les méthodes de recherche d'expérience utilisateur (Design Thinking, analyse de persona)
• Avoir agit en tant que coach auprès de ressource junior
• Avoir de l'expérience en accessibilité numérique
• Avoir de l'expérience dans le design d'interfaces utilisateur tel que la conception du parcours persona et la conception de maquette
• Avoir travailler en mode Agile Scrum

Job Description:

The candidate must possess the following qualifications to be considered for an internal process:

Requirements:

• Hold an undergraduate degree (BAC) in design, information technology, or an equivalent field. Have a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in information technology, particularly in the field of user experience.
• Have acted as a coach for junior resources to develop their UX skills.
• Have a good understanding of user experience research methods such as design thinking, persona analysis, etc.
• Have knowledge of digital accessibility.
• Have a good understanding of user interface design, particularly in terms of designing persona journeys, mockups, etc.
• (ASSET) Have knowledge of the Agile Scrum methodology and agile project delivery.

Required:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the field of user experience
• Experience with user experience research methods (Design Thinking, persona analysis)
• Have acted as a coach for a junior resource
• Experience in digital accessibility
• Experience in user interface design such as web design Persona journey and mockup design
• Experience working in Agile Scrum mode
