Job Description

Base pay range $17.00/hr - $24.00/hr Position Summary What you'll do includes developing and supporting membership by providing information on membership benefits, promoting the value of company products and services, processing membership upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and making efforts to meet membership goals. You will also maintain safety of the facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations to management. Additional responsibilities include fulfilling member fax, pull, and click & pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing items, ensuring accuracy of orders and invoices, securing items until members arrive, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise. You will complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners, identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations, carrying out tasks, communicating progress, and determining and recommending improvements. You will provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting company products and services. All work will be conducted with adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, creating an inclusive workplace, and supporting Walmart's goal of becoming a regenerative company.
