\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work 12-hour night shifts with 3x12 or 4x12 schedule options
\n• Guaranteed 36 hours for 3x12 schedule
\n• Patient ratios of 1:4
\n• 2 years of nursing experience required
\n• Travel experience required
\n• Must have been at bedside within the last 6 months
\n• Weekend requirement: 2 shifts every other weekend (Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday for nights)
\n• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH Stroke Scale
\n• Navy scrubs required
\n• EPIC charting system experience preferred
\n• Float to lower acuity floors as needed
\n• No on-call requirements
\n• 24-hour orientation provided
\n• Must be proficient with titration of vasopressors, sedation medications, insulin drips, trach vents, arterial lines, external pacemakers, and chest tubes
\n• Experience required with BIPAP, Opti flow, and arterial line management
\n• Manage high acuity step-down patients transitioning from ICU level care
\n• Work with interdisciplinary team including Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, and Rapid Response Teams
\n• Adult patient population with daily census of 25 patients
\n• Maximum 7 days RTO allowed within 13-week contract
