Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel - Pharmacist

Shift : Variable Days, 6a-4:30p or 10a-8:30p, 10x4, 40hrs per week,  rotating weekends

Length : 13 weeks

Requirements:

• Must have AZ Pharmacist license
• 1+ years of experience
• 1 year in an inpatient hospital
• PharmD or RPh with 1+ year experience
• Must have travel or hospital experience
• Successfully completed NAPLEX required
• BLS
• Certified Chest Pain Center
• Residency trained would be a huge plus preferred

Other Details:

• Order entry, compounding, clinical skills such as renal dosing and adjusting for body weight
• EHR: Medhost
• Number of Beds: 171
• Patient Ratios: handles all patients
