Job Title: Pharmacist
Setting: Inpatient
Standard shift: Nights
Weekly schedule: 3x10 and 4x10 alternating
Schedule Notes: 7 on 7 off schedule Wednesday-Tuesday
Description:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for dispensing medications, providing patient counseling, ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborating with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
Education:
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from an accredited program
Licensing/Certification:
Active Washington State Pharmacist License (required)
Immunization Certification (preferred)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Experience:
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Pharmacist
