Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN Case Manager with acute care and case management background for a day shift role in Florida, requiring a FL or compact RN license and BLS certification.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

• Work within a hospital case management unit
• Serve an acute care patient population
• Day shifts from 8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday
• Assignment is 13 weeks in duration
• Floating to sister campuses within 15-20 minutes may be required and travelers are first to float
• No on-call responsibilities
• Orientation requires attendance in the area on Friday and includes both remote and onsite components
• Expect to function as core staff within a supportive team culture
• Holiday, paid-time-off, and scheduling requests will not be considered after submission
• Must provide required documentation including SS card, driver's license, and COVID/Flu vaccination verification
• Scrub or dress code requirements are not specified
• First time travelers are welcome to apply

• Active FL or compact RN license
• At least 2 years of recent case management experience in an acute care setting
• BLS certification is required
• Nursing degree from an accredited program or at least 5 years of RN experience
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility; candidate must not own or cosign property within the 50-mile radius
• Driver's license address must match Board of Nursing address for FL RNs
