Candidates must have 2-10 years of transportation systems design and construction administration experience. A strong technical background with comparable leadership, communications and business development skills is a fundamental requirement. Successful candidate will design and manage certain aspects of transportation projects for state and local governments, including the development of construction plans, cost estimates, bid documents, various calculations, and quantity takeoffs.
