Job Title: Traffic Manager
Location: Fontana, CA
Pay Rate: $22/hour
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Traffic Manager to oversee routing and shipping operations for our customers. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously, and extensive knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) to ensure efficient and accurate order processing.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage routing and shipping for multiple customer accounts
Submit orders for vendors including Ross/DD’s, Walmart, HomeGoods, Marshalls, and TJ Maxx
Schedule appointments with carriers to ensure on-time deliveries
Create and maintain Bills of Lading for all shipments
Utilize WMS extensively to process and track orders accurately
Collaborate with team members to coordinate shipments successfully
Maintain accurate documentation and resolve any shipping discrepancies
Qualifications:
Previous experience in traffic management, logistics, or shipping coordination required
Extensive experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Schedule & Pay:
Full-time, onsite in Fontana, CA
$22/hour
