We are seeking a Technical Project Manager – Finance Systems to join our electrification distribution division supporting operations across the U.S. and Mexico. This role plays a critical part in driving business process improvement and supporting key finance and controlling activities—most notably ERP migration initiatives, including SAP S/4HANA Central Finance (CFIN) implementations.

You will lead cross-functional efforts to enhance business efficiency and operational excellence through effective project management and process transformation, with a strong focus on finance systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage ERP and finance system projects, particularly SAP S/4HANA CFIN and FICO.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across finance and business processes.
• Analyze and synthesize data from stakeholders to identify system enhancements.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for finance and controlling operations.
• Configure and troubleshoot ERP applications within a complex systems landscape.
• Partner with business and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Support system integrations and migrations as part of digital transformation efforts.
• Provide strategic recommendations to finance leadership based on operational metrics.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (required)
• 8+ years of experience in computer science-related roles (or 12+ years without a degree)
• Proven experience managing ERP and finance-related technology projects
• Strong working knowledge of ERP systems, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA CFIN and FICO

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Computer Science
• SAP certifications in FICO and CFIN strongly preferred
• Experience with NEMA electrical distribution systems
• Strong background in finance and controlling methodologies
• Deep expertise in business improvement and change management
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across functions
• Project management experience and ability to document and execute strategic initiatives
• Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and leadership skills
