We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Tax Attorney to join our Tax Firm. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Tax Law. This role requires exceptional analytical and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to litigate effectively on behalf of clients. The Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, reviewing cases, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

*Duties*

* Provide legal counsel to clients on a variety of issues related to Tax Law.
* Prepare and review legal documents/cases.
* Conduct legal research using tools to support case preparation and strategy development.
* Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may impact clients' interests.
* Develop case strategies by analyzing evidence and formulating arguments for litigation.
* Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and case developments.

*Requirements*

* Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
* Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
* Strong knowledge of various areas of law including Tax Law.
* Proven experience in litigation with a track record of successful outcomes.
* Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients.
* Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
