TARGET LOCATIONS: NY, NJ, PA, NC, TX, VA

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and manage our recruitment efforts. This role involves overseeing a team of recruiters, driving talent acquisition strategies, and utilizing data analytics to optimize recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment metrics, data analysis, and dashboard creation to drive actionable insights. The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for Talent Acquisitions, Hiring

Optimization, and Recruitment Analytics activities as well as other tasks and duties outlined below.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Talent Acquisition Management:

  • Lead, support, and coach a team of recruiters, ensuring they achieve recruitment goals and align with the company's hiring needs.
  • Create and execute talent acquisition strategies that support organizational objectives and respond to evolving market trends.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to assess staffing needs and develop effective recruitment plans to meet those requirements

Hiring Optimization:

  • Monitor and optimize key metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate diversity.
  • Enhance recruitment processes to improve efficiency, hiring quality, and diversity efforts.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience from application through onboarding.

Recruitment Analytics:

  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to ensure team performance meets hiring goals.
  • Implement data-driven strategies to improve recruitment processes and achieve organizational objectives.
  • Create and oversee dashboards and reports to provide insights and support decision-making.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a management role.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in recruitment metrics tracking and reporting.
  • Proficient in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HR analytics tools.
  • Experience in creating dashboards using tools like Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Deep knowledge of recruiting practices, trends, and employment laws.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven experience in managing offshore vendors, with strong knowledge of offshoring markets and evaluating cost, quality, and efficiency.
  • Adept at building and maintaining a talent pipeline and creating a flexible, on- demand resource pool to meet evolving business needs.
  • Experience in managing recruitment for a variety of roles across different departments.
  • Skilled in using AI-driven recruitment tools for automated screening, talent matching, and candidate engagement.
  • Proficiency in recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies.
  • Certifications in Talent Acquisition (e.g., SHRM, AIRS).

  • Data Analytics tool to track recruitment metrics like Power BI, Tableau, and similar applications
  • Project Management tool to organize recruitment projects, tasks, and deadlines using Asana, Trello, Monday.com
  • HRIS (Human Resource Information System) Integrates recruitment with broader Talent functions like onboard
