Position Overview

RGA seeks a collaborative, curious and motivated student to provide support to the Global Human Resources department through a summer internship. In this role, you'll work side-by-side with professionals to gain a broad exposure to Global HR Strategy and partner closely with HR Data and Analytics.


You will have the opportunity to develop leadership skills, apply knowledge and work with HR experts to support RGA's business strategies. Through RGA's core internship program, you will also have other opportunities to learn about the business and network with other interns.

Responsibilities

While your day-to-day activities may vary, some specific projects you may get involved with include:


Global Talent: support various strategic talent initiatives across talent acquisition and organizational development, including leadership and other development programs, learning content, talent assessments, and succession planning efforts.


Requirements

• Must be pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree, ideally with focus or coursework in Human Resources Management, Business, Analytics, or Organizational Development
• Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA; additional requirements may apply
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams
• Power BI preferred
• Effective analytical and critical thinking skills to gather information, analyze facts, and draw conclusions
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Eagerness to learn new skills and technologies
• Ability to provide information in a clear, concise manner
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships
