Position Overview:
As a Remote Special Education Teacher, you'll be at the heart of creating and implementing individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique needs. Collaborating with a team of educators, specialists, and families, you'll help ensure that every student receives the personalized support necessary to thrive both academically and personally.

What You'll Do:

Develop and manage IEPs for students with a variety of learning disabilities
Deliver engaging, tailored lessons through online platforms
Monitor student progress and adjust strategies to meet evolving needs
Work alongside general education teachers to foster inclusive learning environments
Maintain clear, regular communication with parents and guardians
Participate in virtual meetings and professional development opportunities

What We're Looking For:

A Master's degree in Special Education or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in special education within a school setting
A valid teaching license with a special education endorsement
Proficiency with educational technology and online learning tools
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivation, creativity, and a passion for helping students succeed
The ability to work both independently and collaboratively
