Responsibilities Work with buyer clients, listing agents and home sellers to show properties in a timely manner Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service Research information about potential properties, communities, schools and amenities so client questions may be answered Help clients determine best offer price and assist through closing the deal to ensure a pleasant and fair transaction for all parties involved Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner Qualifications A valid Real Estate License is required for this job Present yourself in a professional manner Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision Compensation $49,000 - $82,000 yearly About The Meraz Group My name is Jaime Meraz, and I love helping clients achieve all of their real estate goals.
