Connection has a fantastic opportunity through our Technical Staffing division for a ServiceNow Developer in Columbus, OH. It is a contract position with 6 months to start, with strong potential for extension. This position is onsite and offers benefits!
Responsibilities:
· Develop, configure, and support the ServiceNow platform across multiple modules (ITSM, ITAM, Discovery, etc.).
· Handle day-to-day ServiceNow development and administration tasks.
· Collaborate with end users to troubleshoot issues and fulfill service requests.
· Work with business stakeholders to define technical requirements and system goals.
· Configure SLA definitions, service catalog items, and associated workflows.
· Maintain system documentation and technical specifications.
Requirements:
· Strong understanding of various ServiceNow modules and best practices.
· Experience with ServiceNow integrations and Performance Analytics.
· Ability to work in an agile environment and manage multiple priorities.
· Enhance key ServiceNow modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, CMDB, Discovery, Asset, and Service Request Fulfillment.
· Build integrations with external systems using Integration Hub, Service Graph Connectors, or third-party APIs.
· Design and deliver executive-facing dashboards using Performance Analytics.
· Develop an automated FedEx integration to retrieve and display shipment tracking information within ServiceNow.
