We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as a Permanent Senior Manufacturing Engineer. Job Details

Responsibilities:
As a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for:

1. Developing, implementing, and managing advanced manufacturing processes and technologies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality.
2. Leading and managing complex manufacturing engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
3. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including design, production, quality, and supply chain, to ensure seamless integration of new manufacturing processes and technologies.
4. Leveraging your expertise in FAA regulations, Black Belt methodologies, valves, and injection molding to drive continuous improvement in our manufacturing operations.
5. Identifying and resolving complex technical issues, leveraging your problem-solving skills and technical expertise.
6. Developing and implementing robust quality control processes, ensuring compliance with FAA regulations and other relevant standards.
7. Training and mentoring junior engineers and other team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field. A Master’s degree or higher is preferred.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role, with a focus on FAA regulations, Black Belt methodologies, valves, and injection molding.
3. Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of managing complex manufacturing engineering projects from concept to completion.
4. Deep technical expertise in advanced manufacturing processes and technologies.
5. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
7. A strong commitment to quality and reliability, with a keen eye for detail.
8. A passion for continuous learning and improvement, with a willingness to stay up-to-date with the latest manufacturing trends and technologies.
