Overview As Senior Designer, you will craft visual identities and design solutions that align with brand, marketing, and business goals across digital and print media. Collaborate with teams to translate strategies into engaging content, boosting brand awareness and growth. Responsibilities Manage multiple projects for brands such as Press Ganey, Forsta, RioSEO from concept to completion Communicate ideas clearly to internal and external stakeholders Ensure designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations Work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines Improve design processes and maintain digital assets Basic Qualifications 5+ years of relevant experience or previous Senior Designer role Strong portfolio showcasing design process and work Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, PowerPoint, Word Excellent communication, collaboration, and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications Experience with creative campaigns across channels Experience creating presentations, templates, motion graphics, B2B SaaS, or agency work We encourage diverse applicants, even if you don't meet every qualification.
