About the Project We are modernizing and optimizing an existing ASP.NET web application that serves as a core platform for our business. The site currently leverages ASP.NET, HTML, MVC, Telerik UI, jQuery, VSTO (Office integrations), and CSS. We’re looking for two experienced Senior Front-End / Web UI Developers to update the front end with a focus on optimizing performance with large data sets. Responsibilities Collaborate with backend developers and business analysts to refine requirements and deliver high-quality UI features. Optimize performance and responsiveness of existing ASP.NET MVC views and components. Implement modern CSS best practices (flex, grid, responsive layouts, cross-browser compatibility). Refactor and enhance jQuery/Telerik-based UI components for usability and maintainability. Integrate front-end components seamlessly with ASP.NET MVC controllers and Razor views. Ensure accessibility, usability, and WCAG compliance. Assist in Office integration components using VSTO where required. Mentor junior team members and provide code reviews. Required Skills 7+ years experience in front-end development with ASP.NET (MVC), HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery. Strong experience with Telerik UI for ASP.NET MVC (grid, charts, forms, etc.). Experience optimizing legacy ASP.NET applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability. Knowledge of VSTO and Office integration workflows. Strong UI/UX sensibilities; able to translate wireframes into pixel-perfect interfaces. Solid understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and how to resolve them.
