Job Description - Senior FP&A Consultant

Our client, a chemical distribution business with light manufacturing, is seeking a Senior FP&A Consultant to join their team. As a Senior FP&A Consultant, you will be part of the Finance Organization supporting the financial planning and analysis team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: FP&A Support Consultant

Location: Greeley, Colorado (Remote)

Pay Range: $60-$80 per hour

What's the Job?

• Assist in cleaning up financial records from recent acquisitions, including resolving journal entries and suspense accounts.
• Support the preparation for the upcoming audit to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Collaborate with the assist controller and controller to streamline financial processes.
• Provide guidance on the use of the IFS Financial Planning Tool.
• Engage with team members in Greeley for orientation and occasional in-person meetings.

What's Needed?

• Experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
• Proficiency with journal entries and general ledger systems, preferably IFS is preferred. 
• Strong problem-solving skills to address complex financial issues.
• Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining effective communication.
• Prior experience in a consulting role or similar position is a plus.
