Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and maintenance of complex financial models to support strategic and operational initiatives.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities to ensure accuracy and accountability across departments.
• Own analysis of pricing strategies, commissions, and business performance metrics to identify trends and optimize profitability.
• Drive project-based financial initiatives, working cross-functionally to deliver insights and solutions.
• Prepare and present accurate, timely financial reporting packages for senior leadership.
• Manage and support month-end close processes, collaborating closely with Accounting.
• Utilize systems like Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and advanced Excel to extract, transform, and visualize data.
• Partner with leadership to provide ad hoc analysis that supports critical decision-making.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to building best practices in reporting, modeling, and analytics.

Qualifications:
1. 5+ years corporate finance experience
2. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
3. Must be a USA Citizen
