The In-Home Services field professionals lead all field operations and thousands of technicians across nearly 100 facilities across the country. Devoted to building a collaborative and committed group of employees who manage inventory, fleet and performance - IHS is the driving force that connects our customers with the industry’s best products and services for DISH.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Effectively communicate with internal/external business partners
• Analyze data and provide detailed feedback
• Accurately track results of multiple pilots/initiatives
• Use problem solving skills to overcome unforeseen obstacles
• Collaborate with multiple functions of business and peers to achieve goals
• Adapt to ambiguity and document daily workload
• Effectively handle customer/business partner escalations
• Occasionally handle frontline escalations from Area FRCs and field partners

• Excellent written/verbal communication skills – Will need to develop/maintain business relationships
• Exceptional multi- tasking/prioritization ability – Must be able to accommodate requests from business partners very quickly and be able to identify which tasks require appropriate level of attention on a daily basis
• Superior work ethic and reliable attendance track record
• Adaptability and critical thinking skills – Must be able to develop/improve processes and solve problems to meet business needs
• Ability to retain many levels of information

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $29.82/Hour

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
