Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and professional Security Manager to lead and oversee our security operations. The Security Manager will develop and implement comprehensive security policies, manage a team of security personnel, and ensure the safety of all individuals and property within the establishment. Key Duties and Responsibilities Develop, implement, and enforce security policies, protocols, and procedures. Hire, train, and manage a team of security personnel, including creating schedules and conducting performance reviews. Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify risks and vulnerabilities, recommending and implementing corrective measures. Monitor CCTV systems and other surveillance equipment to identify and prevent unauthorized or suspicious activity. Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies, ensuring proper actions are taken to mitigate risks and safeguard people and property. Collaborate with local law enforcement and external partners to coordinate security measures and handle investigations. Manage access control systems, including issuing access cards, monitoring logs, and conducting regular audits. Develop and implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft, vandalism, and other incidents. Provide regular training to staff on security protocols, emergency response, and personal safety. Requirements Proven experience as a Security Manager or in a similar role, preferably in a hospitality or high-traffic setting. Expertise in CCTV systems, access control systems, and other security technologies. Strong understanding of local laws and regulations pertaining to security operations. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with staff, guests, and external partners. CPR certification and first aid training (required). Prior experience in loss prevention and conflict resolution is highly desirable. Ability to remain calm and make quick, sound decisions in high-pressure situations. Valid driver’s license. Compensation and Benefits Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year (based on experience).
